Very central location: 10 minute walk to Queens main campus and downtown, and you have easy access to the east/west bus routes. I have 2 rooms to rent, one is $550.00/ month, the other is $525.00/month. In the past, these 2 rooms have been ideal for 2 friends to share accommodations in a cozy and homey atmosphere. Rent is all-inclusive: heat and utilities, HS wireless Internet, laundry facilities, full use of kitchen, your own fridge, comfy family room with fireplace, BBQ and back yard, bathroom – private and shared with the other student, access to all rooms in my home and parking for 1 car.
