55 Emma is a beautiful, newer-construction duplex conveniently located near Patton Avenue and Haywood Road in West Asheville. This pet-friendly duplex is mere minutes from some of Asheville's best shopping and entertainment opportunities, including Downtown Asheville. Incredible restaurants, quick bites, smaller and larger-scale (Sam's Club) food and home shopping are all located within a couple miles. The duplex is divided among two stories, with living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom on the lower level, and the bedrooms and full bath located upstairs. A laundry closet with included washer/dryer in-unit is also located on the upper level. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stainless-steel sink, and beautiful stone counters. Mini-splits are located throughout the home to allow custom comfort year-round. Water, sewer, garbage, and internet services included. Pets welcome, up to two (2), with refundable $250 deposit per pet. Sorry, no co-signers.
