By that we mean it's an easy walk to the Red, Purple and Brown Line CTA trains as well as Michigan Ave, and frankly, just too many great restaurant options to name. The building has undergone an extensive renovation in recent years, making it now more than ever “the place to be.” There is a ton of amenity space here: an expansive lobby with billiards, a conference room and business center, a gym and a large indoor/outdoor pool to name a few. The pool opens up to a spacious rooftop terrace with grilling/bar areas, a firepit and plenty of seating. The views up there are phenomenal! There is 24-hour door staff and the building is 100% smoke-free. The apartments here are spacious with generous closets, and many layouts have a balcony.
