No window coverings are included for the unit. Please note: There is a tenant downstairs with their own entrance, their own garage, and their own gas supply for their range. If the electricity bill goes over $50.00 per month, the difference will be charged to the tenant. If water goes over $100.00 for 2 months, the tenant will pay the difference.
