Lived there in the 80s. Close to stores, post office, schools, managers are friendly and easy to contact. Maintainenance fixes things quickly. I had great neighbors. Place is clean. Most places are within walking ⁷ I had no where to go.. unit was affaffordable. Laundry area always cleaned and affordable. Only problem when it rains alot. My parking area would always be flooded.. It's to be expected. Hilo rains often. And if you dont have a car. Back in the 80s you had to go to another area to pay your rent. That was theonly inconvenience. I dididn't always have accessto a vehicle e. Pup h9
