Covered Lanai with Hawaiian style wall, pavers, planter and water feature. Lawn and Tree Service included. Fruit trees include Mango, Rambutan, Lime, Avocado, Orange, Papaya. Flowerbeds, raised-beds, and Hapu’u tree fern garden, maintained at renters discretion. Small stand-alone garden shed Large tool shed connected to the house. Partial Furnishings optional (good quality). Cats and Dogs less than 30lbs OK Basement not included. Sorry, owner says no Sec8.
