A brand new solar system has been installed to help keep your electric bills to a minimum. The home comes equipped with all major appliances, including a range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. Details: Rent: $3,000 per month Security Deposit: $3,000 Lawn maintenance included Open lanai ideal for outdoor living Solar-powered for energy efficiency Once the application has been completed and submitted we will start the prequalification process, which includes verifying your income and rental references. This generally takes 2-3 days. Once that portion is completed we will schedule a showing for you to see the property in person or via video call (whichever you prefer). If you wish to proceed at that point you will receive an email for you to pay the $30 application fee (anyone 18+ that will be residing on the property) which covers your background and credit checks. The final approval process generally takes another 2-3 days to complete processing. A credit score of 620 is required. If your credit score does not meet those requirements a cosigner may submit an application and be processed to assist you. Any cosigner must have a credit score of at least 670, no exceptions. Once all application processing is complete a move in date will be decided and a lease drafted. Once the lease is signed by all parties you will receive a link to a tenant portal where you must pay the security deposit and rent due 2 days before move in date. (If you move in during the middle of the month this amount will be prorated)
