Features original hardwood floors, cute galley style kitchen with gas range, tons of natural lighting, private balcony, secured entrance, and a coin operated laundry area in the building. Located in the Northeast neighborhood, the monthly rent is $750.00 with ALL utilities included!!!! The rent is $700.00 per month. Cats and dogs are allowed. For pets, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25/mo. per pet; dogs have a 30-pound weight limit. We use Rhino as a security deposit alternative rather than requiring a deposit; with Rhino you pay a small monthly premium instead of having to supply a security deposit.
