Lease Terms
Note - I will accept section 8. Lawn care included. Utilities to be paid by the tenant. However, the tenant must provide the landlord with access to online water account to verify payment. No smoking. $1000 reservation fee that will be converted to security deposit upon move in - paid via Venmo or CashApp.
Landlord is seeking a tenant with a track record of taking loving care of previous homes. Multiple previous landlords will be contacted.
Property will only be shown after Zumper application is complete and the applicant meets the following requirements - 1)No evictions, 2)Positive landlord reviews, 3)Clean background check
There is a $30 fee to apply on Zumper. Do not apply unless you meet the requirements listed above. Don't waste your hard earned money. Landlord will reimburse the Zumper fee for the tenant that is selected.
