You can keep up with the Joneses by living on Jones Street! Quiet, private courtyard behind the home. Easy walking distance to all downtown Savannah locations including SCAD and River Street. This home contains two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. There is also a pullout bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 5. Annabelle on Jones Street rents for $2,950 per month or $105/night with a 30 night minimum stay September-February. The rate is $3,550/month or $127/night for the months of March and April. (30+ nights) The monthly rate is $3,450 per month or $123/night when staying May-August. (30+ nights) There is a one time cleaning fee of $155. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. When you check out, simply remove your personal items and food. We take care of the rest. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly housekeeping is available for an additional fee. $500 deposit due to block off calendar. $69 goes towards insurance policy, good for 6 months. The rest is applied to the first month's rent. If guests elect not to purchase the insurance policy, they can place $3,000 as a refundable security deposit, due to block of calendar. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs. Guests can pay weekly or monthly via bank debit or credit card (3% fee with credit card payments). Pet Fee: $85 per month- 1 dog only must be under 35 pounds Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
