Close to groceries, Sprouts, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Costco, Walmart all within a mile plus countless great restaurants. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are about 6 miles away. Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. New paint, new cabinets. Very clean. Fully furnished and well designed compact but complete Mother in Law studio apartment in house but completely separate and secure. Private entrance with parking space. Private bathroom. You have your own private keyed entrance to the shared laundry room which then leads to the pool also shared with the main 2 bedroom house. All utilities included plus high speed internet. Move in ready. There are lots of little extras and we are happy to make thoughtful additions which would make it complete for you. Queen size bed with bamboo sheets and a bamboo pillow top mattress. The bed is easily lifted and lowered with hydraulic assist to reveal large under bed storage. The closet is lit from within automatically when the door opens. The induction cooktop is a dream to cook on. It heats up instantly with precise temperature control and auto shut off. I like it better than anything I have ever cooked on. There is a full set of safe ceramic coated pots and pans. Full size fridge with nice manual ice maker. There’s a private fenced patio outside your front door. Pictures coming soon as we find the perfect table and chairs. There’s high speed internet but no cable. Hopefully you are fine with streaming. Tv is an Amazon Fire stick.
