Master Bedroom available in Shared House! Hi There, we're looking for one roommate to fill the sunny unfurnished master bedroom with remodeled bathroom and large walk in closet. The master suite is very private and almost feels like a studio off on it's own because it's so humongous. -The room has oak floors and the whole house is remodeled. -You get your own private bathroom with a super nice shower head all to yourself. -New washer and dryer available for use. -The house is walking distance (3 long blocks or 5 short blocks) to Caltrain and downtown San Mateo and is a 10 minute walk to downtown Burlingame. -Safeway is 3 blocks away and Costco, Trader Joes and Ranch 99 are a 5-10 minute drive away. -Your roommates are young professionals in their mid to late 20s. Everyone gets along and the house is clean and quiet. -This is a 5 bedroom house, so you will have 4 roommates but the roommates have their own lives (but are still friendly), but you sort of feel like you are home alone most of the time or usually only 1 other person is home. Utilities are split among the roommates. -Off street parking is available for an extra fee. -We are looking for someone (one person only) who cleans up after themselves, friendly, respectful, communicative, easy going, has lived with roommates before, and is considerate of others. -Sorry no pets, no drugs, no MJ, no smoking or vaping or parties. -Please send us an email with a blurb about yourself, your schedule, and a link to your linkedin and/or facebook page.
