This building is disgusting.. when it rains the building floods,the management is horrible, maintenance don’t come or don’t fix the problem, the a/c was always broke , the roof leaked,my apt had termites the whole building is infested. It has no parking I would avoid this place at all cost it’s not worth it at all

Disgusting apartment building ever. Hate living in this place. Stampede of disgusting roaches in ever corner like there is no other place in the world. Maintenance level is zero. Nothing is done when we request for it. There is only one single person who is supposed to maintain the whole building, but he can only do so much. Laundry machines on ever floor is kept to just steal money and not work. When we complain to the manager, she says they are not responsible for the washing machines. What the heck does that even mean? The size of the rooms for what we pay are like it ends before you enter the rooms. The second bathroom is designed in such a way that we have to use the sink from an angle, which makes it hard to use the mirror and the broken under the sink cabinet. The trash chute is jammed every weekend. We have to replace everything on our own, the bulbs, air filters, fans, you name it. Avoid renting this place.
