Property Id: 2372541 10/16/26 UPDATE: Our electrician came out yesterday and said we have an older electrical system, and have a bigger house project than we thought. Therefore, we have decided to take our Lake Wylie, SC house off the long term rental market. We plan to do short term vacation rentals later. Since 1994 (33 years) we have owned and rented homes and have an A+ rating with the BBB. Our Green Cove Fishing Lodge at 5221 Green Cove on Lake Wylie, SC is not yet ready for vacation rental by owner. Our house has 250' of Waterfront land, 16' upgraded pier, great fishing, and a 4BR/2BA House for short term rent by owner. House for rent as is partially furnished only. Also on AirBnB, VRBO and owners web site at hhihomerentals. House sleeps 6 people. House is on 1.03 acre Lake Wylie, SC waterfront lot. Free water (500'+ deep well) and sewer (septic tank & drainfield) & NO HOA! Our House is For rent As Is partially furnished (1 king bed, 1 queen Bed, 2 twin beds, office desk, some den furniture - please
