Please note this area is far from the subway, it's best if you have a car or are an avid cyclist, you must be ok with the location it's not convenient to cafes, restaurants etc. There is a restaurant/bar and a deli two blocks away but that's about it, if you need to get groceries you're looking at a 10 min walk. There is a laundromat 3 blocks away. There is a bus that gets you to Greenpoint Brooklyn in 8 min and there is a ton of shopping, restarants and bars in that area it's only really a 15 minute walk away so in some ways this is a great location but it's also off the beaten path and there aren't many amenities right near by.
