Good sized kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all updated fire alarms/carbon dioxide detectors. Two full bathrooms - master with walk-in shower and other bathroom with tub. Hardwood floor throughout the kitchen and living room with carpet in the bedrooms. As for the building, it’s cleaned every week with a very large elevator and grocery carts for bringing up things from your car in the garage. There’s also a new security system that was just installed with a pin or fab needed to get into the building from the front and a fab from the elevator level. The mailroom is directly in the front in which is where all the packages get delivered. Since living here, have not had any issues with stolen things or had heard from neighbors of similar situations. The landlord of the condo is as friendly and super easy to work with. He’s flexible and quick to answer all texts when in need of something. Let’s me know when there are updates from the HOA very quick. Rent can be sent via Venmo or check to the landlord directly. Simple and straight to the point. Applicant pays $50 application fee that does a soft-credit check, plus first month's rent as a security deposit. You must be in good credit standings with a solid income. If you have a dog or a cat, the pet deposit is $100, but there’s no pet fee per month. Tenant pays rent plus electric and internet on his/her own. You can sign at minimal, a one-year lease or longer without having wicked crazy upcharges and fees. We originally locked in for two years and since the rent price has been the same. No gimmicks! It’s almost too good to be true. Availability starting on May 1st.
