This is our townhouse on W 10th in Quality Hill, and we're renting it out again starting October 1. It's a real two story place with its own front door and a small deck off the back, not a unit down a hallway. Two floors, two bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which matters more than it sounds like it does when two people live there. The part everybody asks about first: parking. You get two spots, covered and gated. Most places downtown give you one, and a lot of them charge for it. Downstairs is the living room, dining area and kitchen, all hardwood. Granite counters, stainless appliances, half bath for guests. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Upstairs we just put in new carpet in both bedrooms. From the top floor you can see the downtown skyline and the Cathedral. There's an alarm system and the monitoring is included in the rent. So are water, sewer, trash, snow removal and pest control. You pay electric and internet. That's it. Location: it's the quiet side of downtown. Case Park, the overlook above the river and the West Bottoms, is about four minutes on foot. The streetcar stop at 9th and Main is about eight. Power & Light is eleven, the City Market thirteen, the Kauffman Center and T-Mobile Center a little under fifteen. Walk Score is 84. And when you drive home you pull into your own gated spot. - 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, plus a half bath downstairs - About 1,086 sq ft on two floors, hardwood downstairs, new carpet upstairs - Two covered, gated parking spots, included - Granite counters, stainless appliances, washer and dryer in the unit - Skyline and Cathedral views, private back deck, front and back entrances - Alarm system with monitoring included - Rent covers water, sewer, trash and recycling, snow removal, pest control and all exterior maintenance.
