The building offers a definite, upscale, housing option. 516 is close to the downtown area and 1/2 block from the SCSU Library. With just four units, it is also clean and quiet! Life kept easy! The studio is licensed for one person only. Unit features its own private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and lots of cabinetry. There is also a shared kitchen & laundry on the main floor of the building. Rent includes heat, water, garbage, Internet, and electricity. The rent is $645 per month on a 12 month lease starting June 1st. We require a security deposit of $645 with a first and last months rent due before you move in. We do require a completed background and credit check. We do not accept section 8 assistance, felonies, outstanding judgments, or evictions. Must have good credit, a score in the 600s. No pets. Off street parking is also available starting at $325 per year.
