I really hate to have to give up this lease but my situation for next year changed. The Marshall is sold out of one-bedroom (1x1B) apartments with windows (which is only around $40 more a month than one-bedroom apartments without windows), so if that is important to you please consider this listing! About the apartment: This apartment costs $1,300 a month and I have the $175 a month underground parking also available on this lease. Utilities are usually around $40 a month. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the B building, unit B484. The apartment has a closet, a Juliette balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer, and it comes fully furnished. About The Marshall: I am a current resident of The Marshall in a 2 bed/2 bath shared room configuration right above Target. So far I have had a great experience with The Marshall and find all of its amenities super helpful. The maintenance has a super fast turn-around time (we had an issue with a clogged shower drain they fixed in less than a day). Additionally, the downstairs has a computer lab with free printing, four private study rooms, a pool, a full gym, and a basketball court. The underground parking at The Marshall is super easy to use and very convenient, and The Marshall has private security that monitors the parking garage. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants, bars, and stores available within a short walking distance. Campus is around a 5-10 minute walk away as well.
