This one bed, one bath home in OB is across the street from the beach! Pictures in the listing are old and don't do this on justice. Walk out the front door and you'll see the entrance to the beach parking lot at the end of Voltaire St. It has sand-friendly tile flooring throughout and is located at the back of the duplex for more privacy and has patio area to relax outside in. Comes with off-street parking, a must if you're this close to the waves. It's a sort walk to shops and restaurants and centrally located so all of San Diego is a quick drive away. Also has easy access the bike path that leads to Mission Beach and Mission Valley. Pets are allowed upon approval. Call or text Nicole at (619) 850-5070.
