And, of course, you'll have access to the large 2nd floor kitchen and living space. By train, you will be only 28 minutes from downtown, and only a 5 minute walk to the station. If you have an EV, you can charge with the NEMA outlets in the garage. Depending on if the other roommate has an EV, you may have to share the plug and space with them. Also note, this is for a 6-month lease, but you only need 1 month notice to leave, and if you do, you just have to pay $150 for a cleaning fee. The remaining security deposit is yours if there's no damage.
