There is a local clubhouse that also contains the only indoor pool in a complex, jacuzzi, saunas, gym, ping pong table, billiards, dog park, and tennis courts available to anyone staying in the community. Additional Fees: Application Fee: $41.00 per person over the age of 21 staying in the home. $300.00 Cleaning Fee Cleaning fees may apply at move out for excessive cleaning; receipts will be provided to tenant. Pet Deposit $300.00 refundable less damages Pet Rent: 1.5% a month of the monthly rent. Utility Caps are based on size of the home: 1x1-$175.00 a month 2x2-$200.00 a month 3x2 or larger-$300-500 a month. 1.
