This end unit, two level, two bedroom townhouse has a front porch, 12' x 12' back deck, hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, vaulted ceilings, big closets, ceiling fans, high efficiency furnace, and central air. The ceramic kitchen has a high btu gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and lots of counter and cabinet space. It also has a full basement with private laundry and lots of storage. There is easy on street parking. Landlord pays trash disposal. Tenant pays water, sewage, gas, & electric. This is a row of 5 townhouses which have been renovated. All wiring, insulation, and plumbing are new as well as the heating and cooling system. They are within view of the Hillman Cancer Center, two blocks from Shadyside Hospital, close to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and walking distance to the busway, shops, and restaurants in Bloomfield. All of our properties are smoke free and pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
