The application fee ($45 per adult) is paid directly through TurboTenant and covers a comprehensive screening process, including credit, background, eviction, income, and rental screening. After verifying the application, we’ll guide you through final steps and move-in details. Criteria Preferred criteria include verifiable monthly household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent, a credit score of 620+ preferred, and successful completion of a background, credit, eviction, and rental history screening through TurboTenant. Applications are reviewed holistically, and additional factors such as rental references, income stability, and overall application strength may also be considered. Notes There is a pet rent of $25 a month per pet (applied to base rent) and a one-time pet deposit of $100 per pet. Pest control will be included for one year. Rent must be made through TurboTenant using a bank account, similar to other online payment systems. We do not accept other forms of payment outside of TurboTenant. Renters Insurance required.
