These apartments are changing in Very good ways. The new management of this property is doing a fantastic job of making this community better for all current residents and future residents. They care about the comfort and safety of all residents and will go above and beyond to make sure all residents are very happy in there community. They have completed many new renovations that make these apartments more modern and updated. Just over the few months they have done fresh painting, new flooring, Hvac work , new Exterior painting, and new Patios for you to enjoy the weather. I think the coolest thing is they added this great fenced in community dog park that allows the residents to let there dogs out to play and have a good time... ( pet friendly:) ) ... these apartments are really something to consider if you’re looking for great rates and a safe, comfortable community. They are still in the process of renovating the property so there is more goodies to come for this community. I highly recommend Ms.Kim the property manager.. she is great on working with you to get you approved easily in fast. I would most definitely recommend anyone to this small/friendly community.

I have lived in the complex almost 4 years, in that time there were 2 previous owners of the property, they were slum lords, never fixed anything and were never present on the property. The current owners have done as much as they could to keep the property kept up and do there best to be reasonable. Despite some tenants causing issues and even damaging the property, they always do their best to be fair amd understanding. The staff does their best to be understanding and help us have a nice place to live.
