Living room has vaulted ceiling and lots of windows, nice sized bedroom and new bathroom with tub. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the utility closet. No basement in this home. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and all utilities. The home is pet friendly and will allow up to 2 dogs under 35 pounds full grown. There will be an additional $100 refundable deposit that will be due per pet along with an additional monthly fee of $15 per pet. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Sorry, no cats allowed.
