There's lots to do in this area of Southern Utah County including Payson Canyon, various lakes, etc. The exterior of the building features brick, stucco, and painted panels. The building was constructed using upgraded Andersen 100 windows, rockwool and blow-in insulation, gypcrete and soundmat, quietrock, and more. The apartment is beautiful inside. It has LVT flooring throughout, modern cabinets and 3cm quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths, 9 foot ceilings, balconies, and custom tile showers in the master bath. The unit also features a pantry, lots of cupboard space, a master-walk-in closet, washer and dryer, its own exterior entrance, and much more. Tenant pays rent and a flat $100 utility amount each month that covers water, sewer, trash, storm drain, and parking lot snow removal. Tenant is responsible to pay for internet, gas, and power.
