The apartment contains a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Rent includes water/sewer, trash collection, snowplowed driveway and parking area, designated off-street parking spot(s), Tenant pays electricity and heat (propane). Property includes laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. Backyard where you can put your BBQ/hibachi, etc. Process: 1.
