The apartment is a block-and-a-half from the Argyle Red Line stop, and approximately 15 minutes walking from the Metra stop on Lawrence. Easy access to the bars and restaurants on Clark Street, Lake Shore Drive, north suburbs, and stops along the Red Line. he tenant taking over the lease would have priority for renewing the lease April 2024. There is a move-in fee prorated for the September-April lease. You would be taking over the lease from September 2023 to the end of April 2024. There is some room for chairs or additions- I am open to working with you. the bedroom is huge enough for a bed and couch or desk, hard wood, large closet, ceiling fan with remote. I have a very comfy futon you can use. The walls are made of plaster, there is privacy when needed, it's wonderfully quiet. The unit is large enough that it can feel like having two perfect private spaces. I take care of most of the cleaning already happily and expect you to mostly maintain your own dishes and the common space. Artists and interior designers welcome!! If it develops... I would love company working on projects and brainstorming interior design. At your disposal- a foodies dream for cooking, power tools for building, crafting and art, a private deck, dishwasher, brand new central heater, washer/dryer in the building. I have a projector, foof bean bag, aerial rig, physical therapy supplies (foam roller/ yoga swing/ yoga ball, tens unit) and a spread of aromatherapy supplies. Kink queer and 420 friendly with a kind disposition practicing open communication is ideal. I am easy to live with and would love to offer a wonderful nest. Come for a few months or sign on for a year whatever you need if you are chill and a responsible rent payer - no dogs/ cats allowed on the lease.
