Up to 2 cats are permitted, with additional $250 per pet security deposit. Street parking only. (Garages are not included with this rental). The property features an amazing location; it is in close proximity to Reed College, Trader Joes, Starbucks, the list goes on. It's a half mile in either direction to Creston-Kenilworth and the Woodstock neighborhoods, which means there are three decent parks nearby. There are three bus lines with .25 miles, and you can grab the Orange Max at the Bybee Blvd station about a mile away.
