There is also a one car garage (along with plenty of street parking right outside the home). Bikes, beach chairs and everything else you could ever need are included. The neighborhood is exactly what you'd want it to be. Walking paths, lots of friendly people out enjoying fresh air, walking their dogs, riding their bike or enjoying the incredible beach. It's also only about a mile walk to the Channel Islands Harbor, where you'll find great dining, music and shopping. This home is perfect for those who want to live every day like they're on a laid-back beach vacation. Rent includes all utilities, execpt cable & internet, which are the tenants responsibility.
