Kitchen/Dining Room: To the left of the entrance is the formal dining room, which has seating for six. There is more seating available in the breakfast nook with room for four, and an additional three seats available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is off the living room and features a King-sized bed and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom is attached and includes both an oversized tub and a walk-in shower stall, and a double-sink vanity. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: As Villa Liza is a partial-split floor plan, two of the additional bedrooms are on the other side of the house off the kitchen area. The first guest room features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and has its own slider with access to the lanai. The second guest room has a Queen-sized bed. The final guest room is a converted den and features two twin-sized beds and is located on the same side of the house as the master. All guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Pool/Lanai/Dock: The most popular spot of the house will no doubt be the spacious lanai with the electric-heated pool. Whether you want to soak up the sun and work on your tan, float in the pool, or relax on the outdoor couch to enjoy good company, this space has something for everyone! Cook your dinners poolside with the available propane grill and eat your meals outside at the dining table with room for six. As the lanai faces west, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer fully. There is also a half-bath with access from the lanai if needed.
