Great NE side street and neighborhood. Nice entry that leads into the huge living room with lots of windows, hardwood floors and tons of daylight. Nice sized kitchen with pantry, stove and fridge. Two large bedrooms both with hardwood floors, blinds and closet space. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Each Unit gets one off street parking space. Shared washer and dryer too. This Unit is not pet friendly. New residents would pay for gas, electric and shoveling if needed. Water is billed at $30 a month extra.
