About 500 S Orchard St
Room is open now. Please note: these are VERY small bedrooms. They are about 100 square feet each. If you have a full bed this will likely cramp most of the room up and there will be just enough room for a desk. There is some closet space in each of the rooms. There is also a lot of storage space available in the basement. This is for one bedroom in a shared 4-bedroom house and am looking for either a STUDENT OR PROFESSIONAL. The rate is $420 per month with an implied consent that air conditioning use will be reasonable. I require two months of rent up front, one will cover the first month and one will cover the last month of your stay, I do this to make sure the tenant is financially stable. I am looking for someone who will commit for the school year. There is currently one other guy living there who is a student and is extremely easy going. The house is located about 5 blocks south of Engneering Hall and Union South, so is good for any campus-goer. Most utilities are included within reason. If I see signs of overusage I will have to charge for them. I am looking for good conservationists. I do not allow any large electrical appliances (such as space heaters) unless you are willing to pay for their utility costs. Internet is not included, but you can purchase the shared Internet with the house for $10/month. I am looking for a UW student or a professional and will ask for proof. Please keep noise levels down. This is a non-smoking house (and certainly no other drugs as well). Please no furry animals. Please try to keep clean and tidy. If you have a car, please ask about the parking situation. In general finding a place to park is pretty easy (except on game days).
