This one is a detached home with front and back entrances. The living / dining area is pretty big, but the pictures do not show in its entirety. Newer carpet in the living-dining and bedroom. All newer double paned windows. There is a pellet stove in the living room. Comes with newer refrigerator, wall oven, stove, microwave. There is no washer and dryer, nor hookups. Lot is shared but there is a fenced off area for this cottage. The gardening shed is attached, and the lawn will be mowed regularly. There is off street parking for up to two cars. There is also room in the shed if you have a bicycle. A cat or small dog (under 30 lbs) OK on approval. We use petscreening. com to evaluate. Additional refundable deposit. Must be adult & fixed. Pet application required. Pet fee would be $25/month per pet, and refundable deposit would be $250 per pet. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
