The cutest cottage with a lot of personality in easily-walkable East West Asheville. Property has 2 indoor spaces: a 2Br/1Ba house and a separate studio with half-bath in the back yard. House has baseboard heating and a beautiful evergreen-colored wood stove for heating in winter, stays cool enough in summer to not need AC. High-efficiency washer and dryer off of recently re-done kitchen. Fridge and stove replaced within last few years. Beautiful industrial stained concrete floors. Studio has window-AC unit for cooling in the summer, will leave an electric heating unit for winter. Has neato toilet shipped from Australia that re-uses the grey water from washing your hands to fill up the toilet basin for the next flush! Studio is currently being used as a home gym, with a built in squat-rack. Happy to leave the rack, for fitness or other uses, or remove it. Studio could easily be a bedroom, art studio, office, etc! Carport and small deck in back. Could fit 2-3 cars between carport and driveway. Fenced-in front and back yards - perfect dogs. Pets of all sizes ok with non-refundable pet-deposit of $500. Property has several raised garden beds, raspberry and blackberry bushes, and a fig tree (all fruiting). My favorite part of the property: the hot tub! Will consider coming down on rent for an avid gardener who wants to improve the property.
