Located in the vibrant Eastside and just a short walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping on King Street and only steps away from the neighborhood City Lights Coffee. All new plumbing, electrical and HVAC and move-in ready. Application fee is $75 per adult applicant. Available February 3rd.
