The rent for this apartment includes the heat & hot water, so you would pay for electricity (the electric bills we see normally run $35-$45 per month when the AC is not running), phone, cable, etc. Please note that the rent is based on occupancy by no more than one person - if more than one person is to occupy the apartment, a higher rent will apply. To walk from the building to the Quincy Center T station it would take somewhere around 6-9 minutes (also, bus line route #'s 220, 221 & 222 stop in front of the building). The apartment is on the 3rd floor on the north side of an apartment building (there is an elevator). There is carpeting throughout the unit (in the pictures the carpet can appear to be tan, but the color is a mocha brown with white highlights). The apartment has an open living room/dining area. The living room measures 18' x 13-1/2' with a through the wall A/C with a private balcony. As you enter on the right side is a coat closet while off to your left is the dining area that measures 8' x 6-1/2' with a ceiling light/fan centered on the space. The kitchen measures 6' x 6' comes with a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bedroom measures 13-1/2' x 12' that will fit a king size bedroom set, and it has a 3' x 7' closet with sliding glass mirror doors. There is also a recently renovated full bathroom (a tub with a shower) with a fairly large linen closet right outside of the door. The building itself has security locks on the doors, an intercom system, coin operated washers and dryers downstairs and a parking lot for off street parking. We do not allow dogs but some other pets (specifically, cats) are acceptable.
