Welcome to Ashgrove Apartments! Our 64 spacious 1- and 2-bedroom ranch-style apartments have been newly renovated and are managed by a professional on-site team. Enjoy the ease of living just minutes from I-75, grocery stores, restaurants, retail, and businesses. Our freshly updated apartments feature beautiful modern wood-look vinyl floors and updated kitchens with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and built in microwave. Each unit includes a washer/dryer hookup, with additional coin-operated laundry located on-site. Don't have a washer and dryer? We've got you covered. Rent a washer and dryer from us and enjoy the ease and comfort of doing laundry from the comfort of your own home. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Ashgrove Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. There is a $60 application fee per person 18 years or older. To apply, simply visit our website at www applysns com and complete the application. Our minimum requirements include: 1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate 2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers. 3. A credit score of at least 550. 4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years 5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years 6. No sex offenders 7. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
