Welcome to Ashgrove Apartments! Our 64 spacious 1- and 2-bedroom ranch-style apartments have been newly renovated and are managed by a professional on-site team. Enjoy the ease of living just minutes from I-75, grocery stores, restaurants, retail, and businesses. Our freshly updated apartments feature beautiful modern wood-look vinyl floors and updated kitchens with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and built in microwave. Most units includes a washer/dryer hookup. Don't have a washer and dryer? We've got you covered. Rent a washer and dryer from us and enjoy the ease and comfort of doing laundry from the comfort of your own home. A security deposit is required. Residents are responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Ashgrove Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
