Garage access to basement stairwell is only about 3 steps so it's pretty private and direct. Privacy is respected and considered a top priority. Homeowner is retired and has 3 dogs and 2 cats so if you have pet allergies or an aversion to animals this may not be a good fit for you. The dogs do not go into the basement, but the two senior cats do so the bedroom door is kept shut at all times to restrict their access to the bedroom. Home is 25 minutes from beautiful Wasatch Mountain canyons, 10 minutes to Jordan River Pkwy and 35 minutes to world-class ski resorts.
