This unit is currently occupied and we will be showing with approved applications only. Current photos and video walkthrough located on the Guardian Property Management website. Columbia Heights classic side by side. Walking in from the front door you have living room, kitchen with dishwasher and access to the side door. Down the hall you will find both bedrooms, bathroom, and hall door that leads down to the basement/garage. The attached garage has space to park behind it or street parking is easy. Laundry and storage located through the garage and is private. Central Air/Forced air furnace. Tenant pays for Gas and Electric. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
