I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Chris who manages this complex. She is really so very nice and always willing to listen to you and do what's necessary to make sure everything is running smoothly. Maintenance Requests are completed in a timely manner and the staff are always so very polite. The apartment building is located in a great location. We rented a one bedroom and found it really comfortable. The complex has a Pet washing center, exercise room, a bike room to store your bike on every floor and different rooms that are available to rent out or just use. Each floor has a trash room with a shute and a recycling room which is great. There are nice areas to sit outside and even a BBQ area. The pet relieving areas are nice , but the only thing I would say is that they need to be cleaned better due to how many dogs are using these areas. All in all it's a really beautiful gated community, quiet , and well maintained.

There's a lot to like about this place. We may be just 4 months in, but there's plenty of good stuff to react to. First off, this developer obviously had an appreciation for design. It's a well thought out building with an unseen level of aesthetics compared to any other building we looked at renting in. They also didn't skimp when it comes to one of the most important factors in a city with a dark and cloudy sky half the year- the windows. Our 2-BR has 6 windows in the just the living/kitchen area! This is great to get all the natural light you can. They're double-paned which helps keep not just the cold out, but the noise of the train too. You simply don't hear it. One of the biggest likes about Verso is the Management. They actually have staff (even more than one person!) here in the building on a daily basis and they're very helpful. This is a big deal, as some places we looked at are unstaffed on premise. One time they even came to me with some money I apparently had dropped- they studied the security footage to find out who had lost it and returned it. Nice new building so not much needed in the way of maintenance, but you know they're there if you need them. I really can't think of anything negative to say other than it would be nice to have a second parking spot, and it might be a little too pet-friendly for my tastes, as some people aren't as conscientious as others about cleaning up after their dog. But that's no fault of the building. Keep up the good work Verso, you have your stuff together!
