Property Id: 2384484 This one-story apartment is located in an 8-unit building with an adjacent parking lot overlooking the Suncook river. A launch is nearby for boats and kayaks, and the building is within very short walk to a sub shop, hardware store, and other small businesses in the town center. Nearby schools include Allenstown Elementary School, Armand R. Dupont School and Pembroke Academy. Turnpike Street is an excellent commuting location right at Rte 3. Very easy access for Rte 3 or Rte 93 to Concord, Manchester, Hooksett, and Rte 101 for the Seacoast. We screen our tenants carefully and require a background and credit check (fee applies), positive landlord reference, as well as proof of employment and monthly net income of at least $3800.00. Security deposit of $1275 and first month's rent will be required to secure the unit. All utilities are tenants' responsibility. Shared coin-op laundry is available on site. Cats and small dogs (under 35lbs) are permitted in this unit for an additional fee of $30/month. (Breed restrictions may apply, please ask if you are unsure) ***Important to note: we will never ask for a deposit until after we have met you in person.
