LOFTS AT MILL WEST IS SPECIAL. After deciding to move to Manchester for new jobs and a new adventure, my husband and I searched for an apartment that would be big enough to accommodate our furniture and also would truly feel like a home, as we had lived in a house that we built for 13 years. After touring Mill West, the choice was clear. This place is special. Our apartment has gorgeous original brick walls and post beams, a beautiful wood floor and lots of unique features like built in buffet server with custom cabinetry (some could use as a bar). The layout of our apartment is spectacular - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, huge living room and extra room that we use as a den. Lots of open space. Lucas & Alexa, Kayla, Erin and all of the staff are so friendly, helpful and represent Brady Sullivan very well. All of our maintenance requests are addressed quickly and professionally. There is an on-site gym, movie theater, game room and large common room that can be reserved for parties and special occasions. Lounge chairs and seating up on the roof deck in the summer and fall. Mail and packages are delivered inside the building. We initially intended to stay here for a year while we adjusted to life in Manchester and looked for a house. 8 months into our residency here, we have no plans of leaving any time soon! We have met some great people and wonderful friends just next door. If you are a professional person looking to lease in a beautiful, historic building where you can enjoy all that the city has to offer, live in a beautiful, unique apartment and meet great people, Lofts at Mill West is your place!

Working within the property management industry, you mostly see negative experiences being reviewd. I'd like to take a moment to really highlight these really beautiful apartments, and the amenities. Above all else, though, the on site staff is outstanding!!! Maddie, Lindsey & Matt are always so cheerful, warm and personable. Wether its helping me put work orders in, holding a package, or answering simple questions, the office team is top tier!

This apartment complex has some great ovens. Can’t make pizza like this without a good oven. I walked to market basket to get my ingredients to make my pizza in my good oven.
We've lived at Mill West for 1.5 years now, and we have no plans to go anywhere else. Our apartment is beautiful and has so much unique character to it - I love living in such historic surroundings. It's a great location, and we've been able to go down to one vehicle and save a lot on fuel costs. Everything's been in good working order, and the normal maintenance issues that come up have been handled well.
There's all the normal things of apartment living (noises, smells, elevator repairs, etc.) that happen, and yes, it does in fact snow in New Hampshire, so there's coordination for snow removal. But it beats the loooong driveway I used to have to clear all by myself, and all the extensive maintenance of owning a home. The leasing staff has been responsive and helpful and we highly recommend Mill West.

My boyfriend and I moved in to The Mills earlier this winter. We were a little nervous as we have never lived in a city setting before. We are very pleased with our choice. The location could not be better. Right off the exit to the highway, easily accessible to 101, and just a short walk over the bridge to Elm St. (we often walk over, it’s great) There is some noise but it’s honestly no different then what you would hear at any other apartment building. Looking at other reviews before we moved in we were worried about parking, but it’s been months and we haven’t had an issue. We both have spots and the only time parking is ever problematic is with snow removal, but that’s to be expected. Our favorite part is how pet friendly they are, you don’t find that many places. It seems everyone has dogs, and our puppy loves to meet and play with them. He is OBSESSED with the office staff and I don’t blame him. Overall we are very happy with our choice to move here and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon.
This place is great! There’s a freight elevator that you can use free of charge to make moving in waaaay easier. The leasing staff is always friendly and, most importantly, there when you need them. They really strive to make sure you’re happy with everything once you move in. The maintenance crew is prompt and pleasant to work with. LOVE having my own washer and dryer in my apartment and they do a great job with making the building continually clean and quiet. My wife and I went through several other apartment buildings and are very happy to finally call this place home.
I have lived in Mill West for about a month now. We were very sceptical of it because of the poor google reviews. But decided that we wanted to give it a shot.
We live on the second floor of the main building in a 2 bedroom. These were recently renovated and are absolutely gorgeous. The leading staff was very helpful with the process of moving as I had a short period of time to find a new home.
The apartment itself has brand new appliance and beautiful fixtures including soft close cabinets. The walls are fairly soundproof seeing as I haven't heard a peep out of my neighbors yet. The hallways always smell clean and look neat.
The staff has been very helpful. We had to call them a couple times. The first being that the apartment wasn't totally clean on move in day, but they took care of that within 30 minutes. The second was when we had half of our kitchen not working, and he had the problem solved in 10 minutes.

The place to live if you are looking for a nice, quiet, safe place in Manchester. I've been a resident for just a year now and I am in the process of renewing my lease. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Manchester. Maintenance is fantastic any issues, done same day/next day without worry. All the staff are very helpful and informative, and provide worry-free living experience. Tons of value for the price, apartments are spacious and modern and efficient.
