This is a very nice place to live. Although they do not have guest parking, Erika was up front with us about that when we originally toured the apartment so that we would know what we were getting into. We really appreciated her honesty. Our apartment is beautiful inside and our neighbors are very friendly. The apartments themselves seem to be insulated fairly well - we don't typically hear noises from other apartments. It's amazing to have central air, a dish washer, in- apartment washer/dryer, and pet friendly, as many other apartments in the area don't have all these combined amenities.

I enjoy living here at Apple Ridge Apartments. The leasing staff (Erica & Denise) are very friendly and supportive. In the winter months, an automated call is given to advise residents with plenty of notice about plowing the parking lot. Any maintenance issues while residing here, Chris has always handled in a timely manner. Also, general maintenance requiring entry to the apartment sufficient notice is given as well. In addition, maintenance has always been supportive if a repair is required that conflicts with my personal time to re-schedule. I have been very pleased while residing here.
