The first floor features kitchen with white cabinets, refrigerator, smooth top range, and dishwasher. The half bath is just off the kitchen. The living/dining areas are open concept with the utility closet well equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai with a bonus storage closet and a peaceful pond view. On the second floor is the master bedroom with dual closets and en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo. The secondary bedroom has ample closet space and is located right next to the hall bath also featuring a tub/shower combo. Ceiling fans and blinds throughout. The gated community offers a pool, gazebo, and tennis courts. Located close to Countryside Mall, entertainment, restaurants, beaches, top rated schools and airports. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Washer and dryer are not warranted and will not be repaired or replaced. HOA requires a completed application, and a $100 fee per person or per married couple. HOA approval can take up to 30 days and is required before moving in. HOA will not allow month to month tenancy, no more than 4 occupants in unit. Sorry no pets per landlord.
