FEMALE PRIVATE ROOM: BYU APPROVED -- $269/MONTH + FLAT RATE UTILITIES My apartment is absolutely fantastic. The room is a great price for the size and the entire apartment is already furnished by the Branbury. Our couches are new, my mattress is actually quite comfortable and clean, and we have an adorable shared balcony with our neighbors. My desk has plenty of drawer space; between the night stand and the dresser I have room for all of my folded clothes; and my closet has ample space for my clothes, shoes, and storage items. The bathroom is shared with only one other girl. The vanity is incredibly spacious and there is room on the counter for anything you need! Anything that doesn’t fit in the bathroom or bedroom can sneak into the shared closet in the hallway. If you want to move in with a friend or two there are two other rooms opening up right now as well (one of them is a larger front room)! Our fourth roommate will be moving out in July after she gets married. The Branbury always has something going on for their residents and the ward is very, very social. There’s even a “retreat” where you can get a free spa treatment of your choice for free once a month just because you live here! We’re right around the corner from BYU, Macey’s, and the hospital (just in case); we’re 5 minutes from the University Mall; and only 10 minutes from both Walmart and UVU. There is never a fight for a good parking spot because we are right outside the lot – which means you get first pick! NOW ONTO THE GOOD STUFF: My contract goes through August and ends just before the beginning of the school year. Right now The Branbury is offering money incentives to renew for the next year (they usually entice you with about $50) which means that if you wanted this apartment for anything more than the summer you could actually get some money for it. Also, I have already paid all of April, so if you want to move in now you won’t have to pay for anything until May! Also, my rate is 2 years old and Branbury has started slowly but surely raising their rates. Boo, right? Well, buying my contract gives you a foothold in negotiating this same rate for the next year; this means a little more money for you each month! It gets even better. Thanks to the young woman who negotiated the contract before me, this contract comes without a deposit! That means that you move in with rent! Hm…no deposit, BYU approved with a great ward, set price, fully furnished, and there’s room to bring the homies along. Sounds pretty good if you ask me! So, if you’re interested in my contract, would like to come see the place, or are wanting to call first dibs please either text me or email me. You may call but it is unlikely that I have will be in a position to answer during the week, so if you would leave me a message I will get back to you as soon as possible. Serious inquiries only, please. Best of luck in your search!
