Are you a professional working in Victoria and require a safe, serene place to live ? We have a one bedroom In Cordova Bay. We are putting the final touches on it now. The suite has gender neutral finishings. Flooring and appliances are brand new. You'd be the first person to call the suite home. The rent includes ALL utilities, including wifi and A/C. The rental includes a walk-in closet, your own laundry and a very large entryway. There are ocean views from the living area, bathroom and bedroom. Cuddle up in your cozy chair and a half, read a book or simply decompress while you stare at the ocean and watch the eagles. The suite is in our family home, thus we are looking for ONE professional who does not smoke and does not have any pets. There is no smoking, vaping or marijuana use of any kind tolerated on the property. This is non-negotiable as with being so close to the ocean we often have all the windows open to take in the fresh air. The outside property is well equipped with recording video security cameras. The street is very quiet and all the neighbors are friendly and well acquainted. We are looking for a one-year lease, however would make an exception for the right person. We are not in a rush to rent this space, our priority is to find the best fit. A thorough background check will be conducted.
