Oscar is a phenomenal leasing agent, and one of the main reasons why we decided to continue staying at VYV for a second year. We are current tenants - Oscar was our main point of contact from when we were new tenants, to this year when we transferred to a different unit. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every part of the leasing and renewal process. Oscar is very responsible, and always responds in a timely manner (please stop responding and working overtime when you are out of office, Oscar!). He is patient, professional, and friendly - definitely the best leasing agent I've ever worked with. A few highlights: - [professional, knowledgeable] Oscar walked us through all the available units that would match our needs, and made super helpful recommendations - [flexible, thinks on his feet] Oscar helped us navigate through numerous issues with transferring our unit while the apartment was moving onto a new software system - [responsible, circles back] Oscar checks in throughout the lease signing/renewal/move-in process to ensure we felt supported Oscar 100% deserves a promotion, and is the reason why I would refer friends to VYV!
